DC fast charging stations are best for long-distance travel, as they can quickly charge an EV battery and allow the driver to continue their journey without a long wait time.

There are several EV charging networks throughout America that provide EV charging services to consumers. These networks include ChargePoint, Electrify America, EVgo, and Tesla Supercharger.

Electrify America
Electrify America is a newer EV charging network that was created as part of a settlement with the US government following the Volkswagen emissions scandal. The network has over 600 charging stations across America and offers both Level 2 and DC fast charging stations. Electrify America offers a mobile app that allows drivers to find and reserve charging stations, pay for charging, and monitor charging progress.
EVgo
EVgo is another EV charging network that offers Level 2 and DC fast charging stations. The network has over 800 charging stations across America and offers a mobile app that allows drivers to find and reserve charging stations, pay for charging, and monitor charging progress. EVgo has also partnered with several automakers to offer free charging to their customers.
